Class Description:	Identify and clear old transactions; delete obsolete patrons; reconcile duplicate patron records; clean up bib and item records with questionable or missing data; remove duplicate titles and bibs with no items; resolve lost, missing, weeded, and in-transit items; and more. A two-hour presentation is followed by hands-on time for you to get some work done without interruptions, with LNOCA staff available for assistance.
